«Resort frequentato per lo più da americani, l'atmosfera cubana è altrove...»

Spiaggia selvaggia, poco affollata e mare spettacolare, anche se piuttosto mosso per via del vento. Struttura nuova, ampio buffet nel ristorante con cibi buoni preparati al momento davanti agli occhi del cliente (griglia per la carne e per il pesce, omelette, frullati) e possibilità di pranzare al chiosco in spiaggia (compreso nella formula all-inclusive)

Personale poco disponibile con gli ospiti (diciamo che nessuno si impegna più del minimo sindacabile) e continuamente distratto, parlano/ridono continuamente tra di sé mostrando poca professionalità. Poca varietà nel buffet (il menù è cambiato solo in occasione di una conferenza nel resort). Camera al piano terra MOLTO umida.

La posizione e il mare

L'incompetenza dello staff (fatta eccezione per Monica, dell'ufficio reclami, molto disponibile e preparata, e fatta eccezione per alcune ragazze delle pulizie ed alcuni bartender, l'attitudine generale era di menefreghismo e noncuranza), la poca pulizia della camera al nostro arrivo, la mancanza di attenzione (al check-in ci sono state date le chiavi di un'altra camera, peraltro già occupata), l'assoluta mancanza di cooperazione e comunicazione alla reception. C'est une escroquerie de votre part de proposer un hôtel 5 étoiles alors qu'il n'en mériterai à peine 2.

- check-in expéditif après 1h d'attente - Le personnel de la réception est très désagréable - 1 chambre dégât des eaux - Odeur et humide horrible - Une dizaines d'araignées dans la douche - frigo HS - Téléphone HS - 3/4 lampes HS - Meubles moisi - Malade au buffet, fièvre et diarrhée - Pas de médecin - refus de nous donner une bouteille d'eau minérale , 3 call, visite à la réception et customer service. - Il faut réserver pour avoir une table au restaurant (pas l'info lors du check-in) - L'hotel est récent mais très mal entretenu et sale - impossible d'avoir des transats car les gens posent leurs serviettes dessus des 6h du matin.

« Magnifique plage, mais rien d'autre à part ça »

La plage Perla Blanca est juste Magnifique. Tout compris donc Mojitos à volonté toute la journée.

Le personnel pas aimable, ils ne pensent qu'à se faire du pourboire, fatiguant... La qualité du buffet, très moyenne. Attention à l'intoxication alimentaire, pas toujours fraîche la bouffe. L'île est infestée de Moustiques donc prévoyez ce qu'il faut.

« Séjour détente de trois jour très appréciable »

Accueil et disponibilité du personnel excellents et très appréciables après un long trajet en bus (usage de Viazul très bien). La situation de la chambre (la proximité de la plage) était parfait. Restauration tout à fait correcte et variée.

Il faut quand-même s'attendre à ce qu'il y ait un peu de bruit aux alentours ("adultes only" oblige !)

Las habitaciones son amplias y silenciosas (por lo menos la que nos toco a nosotros) La habitacion cuenta con una pequeña terraza que encuentro util Hay acceso directo a la playa Tiene piscinas grandes y amplias acordes al tamaño del hotel

Creo que faltaba o personal u organizacion del personal, esto se notaba mas con el tema de las comidas y servicios de buffet

La playa súper linda casi soñada.

La playa súper linda casi soñada. La habitación era cómoda.

La comida era la misma día y noche, no cambiaban la preparación ni el adobo, al cabo del segundo día ya no sabíamos que comer. La reservación para los restaurantes estaba full, a pesar de que no estaba lleno el hotel no tuvimos opción de escoger restaurante. Muy pocos espacios con sombra alrededor de la piscina o inclusive en la playa. El personal esta algo mal acostumbrado, varios no dan un buen servicio si no reciben propinas

Buena calidad-precio

La habitación era muy grande, cama muy cómoda y también extra grande. El baño muy bien y con mucha presión de agua en la ducha. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y se ve bien conseguido el efecto de hotel de lujo a pesar de ser Cuba. Es un resort muy grande con mucha oferta (dos piscinas, playa muy bonita con acceso directo, varios restaurantes...). Hay wifi disponible en el lobby.

Al ser un hotel tan grande se tenía que hacer colas para todo: check in, reserva restaurantes para la noche para no tener que comer siempre en el buffet, check out, en el buffet en las distintas estaciones, etc). A pesar de ello, no se hacían tan eternas y en realidad como estábamos de vacaciones tampoco importó tanto. El nivel de mosquitos en la noche es elevado y no daba tregua al comer en la terraza. No nos gustó que el primer día no pudimos reservar restaurante porque ya estaban todos llenos, aunque finalmente fuimos a uno de ellos sin reserva y pudimos comer. Se debe tener en cuenta que es el hotel más alejado del cayo, aunque está al lado de la reserva natural sin explotar.

La playa es hermosa, y las instalaciones también.

La playa es hermosa, y las instalaciones también. Hay variedad de actividades, para todos los gustos y la estancia es muy agradable, ya sea para descansar, relajarse o divertirse.

Dos quejas sobre los restaurantes: hay mucha moscas, la comida estaba fría y nos entregaron platos y copas sucias. No cambiaron las toallas, con la excusa de que el hotel estaba lleno y no daban a "vasto" con tanto huésped. Sugerencia: buscar soluciones para no gastar tanto vaso plástico para las bebidas, el planeta no quiere más basura. Por ejemplo pueden dar la cerveza en la misma lata y no en vaso.

Mal servicio, baja calidad y limpieza bastante regular

Lamentablemente no fue una buena experiencia. Mucho menos de lo esperado para un alojamiento como este, e incluso menos que un alojamiento estándar. Limpieza muy mala ( no cambiaron las toallas y mucho menos las sábanas en nuestra estancia) sin contar los desperfectos en el baño ( la tapa del váter era más pequeña que la taza, además de las manchas de pintura en el suelo . El servicio muy poco profesional, a veces incluso desagradable. Y peor fue la calidad de la comida. Sintiéndolo mucho no puedo recomendarlo en absoluto...

El alojamiento no puede ser más completo, varias piscinas, varios restaurantes además del buffet y del snack bar. La mayoría del personal súper amable. Playa increíble con bares, opción de comida de barbacoa, actividades como cayak, catamaran, pedaleta... súper recomendable

La comida del buffet bastante mala, además de siempre lo mismo, después de una semana acabas harto. El personal del buffet un poco disperso en su mayoría, aunque siempre con excepciones. Las camareras que arreglaban la habitación no nos dejaban gel ni champú y nos tuvimos que quejar en recepción, a partir de ahí hasta flores teníamos

Si quieren ir de fiesta vengan a este hotel, pero en ningún caso es un 5 estrellas, 3 o 4 como muc

Tiene mucha música y fiesta! El servicio del personal de los restaurant a la carte, ole y oh lala, los bares del lobby, la playa gaviota (aunque estaba fuera de servicio y muy sucia)

Llegamos al Hotel Valentín Perla Blanca, para pasar nada menos que nuestra Luna de Miel, reservado a través de Booking.com. Al ingresar, inmediatamente tuvimos una recepción bastante descortes en el frontdesk por parte de la recepcionista, ni hablar de las largas filas para efectuar el check in. Luego llegamos a nuestra habitación, la cual en general era bastante buena en cuanto a espacios y equipamiento, no esperábamos menos por una habitación "Suite superior" por la cual pagamos usd250 la noche, sin embargo, al entrar a la ducha encontramos jabones usados además de una razuradora usada por algún huesped anterior, el aseo de los baños no es muy prolijo en general, el aseo diario era muy malo y con suerte habían la cama. Nuestra habitación tenía como gran atractivo la existencia de una tina jacuzzi, la cual fue imposible utilizar, pues el sistema de hidromasaje funcionaba a través de un control remoto el cual NO tenía pilas. Al consultar en customer service dicen no tener las pilas para hacerlo funcionar...... es como que no existiera jacuzzi, para eso habría preferido una habitación más económica y habría tenido las mismas condiciones. Al consultar por los servicios del hotel, nos dijeron que por manutención funcionaba solamente la mitad de este, es decir la mitad de su infraestructura, la mitad de los servicios de playa, la mitad más linda no funcionaba (no contaba con salvavidas, los bares y snacks tampoco), sólo funcionaba una playa más estrecha y otra llena de piedras.... por lo demás la playa, en general tenian basura, colilas, vasos plásticos, latas de cerveza, mallas plásticas tiradas por todas partes, muy sucias, algo similar ocurria en areas comunes. De los 4 restaurantes a la carte ofrecidos en booking y en su página corporativa, solamente funcionaban 2, y nos indicaron que sólo teniamos derecho a 2 reservas, considerando nuestra estadía de 6 noches.....

DO NOT STAY HERE! Customer service doesn't exist, cockroach in the bathroom and rooms not functional

The beach is beautiful, the rooms are modern (but not fully functioning) and the pool is nice. The French restaurant is the only good thing about this hotel - wonderful food and the only friendly/ helpful staff in the whole building.

Awful staff, no customer service whatsoever. Check in on the confirmation says 3pm, we were made to wait until 4pm, even though I'm sure when we arrived at 2pm something would have been available but they seem to just want you to wait. Also they provide no information about the place on arrival - no info on the food, timings of meals, inclusions/ exclusions, events or activities. Also had a COCKROACH in our room and ants running all over my bedside table and up the phone, we went to reception and asked to be moved and was told there was no availability to move us and they'd just send a maid! A maid! The room needed to be fumigated not hoovered. I was told to take the issue to customer services... their solution was to 'report the issue'. He said there were no rooms available to move us, then the lady from reception was stood behind me and did have a room - so where's the communication there? We were moved, later in the day, to a room that's patio door didn't close and the power switched off whenever you turned the bathroom light on. We got moved again... to a room that had no drinks in the fridge, no batteries in the remote and the bathroom door managed to lock itself, so at 3am we had to walk to reception to get someone to come and open it - we couldn't call reception because the phone didn't work. FOOD: the buffet is pretty poor, the restaurants on-site are lovely but you can't eat there every night (only 3 out of 7 nights! Hope you like buffet food) and the line to reserve your dinner booking takes an hour at least and just to be told you can't get in the restaurants because they are already booked up from guests who booked earlier in the week. To top it off when it came to leaving the bell boys didn't even turn up to help us take our bags to the reception building so we nearly missed our bus out of there! When we saw them on leaving we asked them what happened - no explanation and no apology. DO NOT STAY...
